1. Why do I have to buy a minimum purchase of 100 items per order ?

Because we want to keep cost very low, the prices shown for the invitations are for a total order of 100 pieces. To make 50 pieces of invitation will cost you the same amount of money as ordering 100 pieces. We have calculated that each invitations will cost an extra 4.00 per piece if you order 50 pieces. However, there is no minimum orders on our favors.

2. What is our procedure for ordering ?

  1. You will receive a confirmation email
  2. A sale representative will email/ fax a form about your wedding details and how you would like to lay out your invitation
  3. Within 1 to 2 business days, after you return our form, a sale representative will contact you to confirm the information you have provided
  4. Next, we will send your information to our plant to make a sample
  5. Within 1 week after you sent us your confirmed information, you will be contacted to review a (photographed) sample of your invitation
  6. You will then need to review the sample: Show them to all your friends, your family (and anyone else who is interested!). Then you will want to review it again! Make sure you check all spellings, font, color and names.
  7. If changes need to be made to your first set of proofs, you will submit those changes to us
  8. We will then send you a second and final set of proofs. You can approve this proof (as is) or submit revisions.
  9. After you have approved your final proof, we will send your order to production :this means printing and assembly. We will also charge your credit card at this time.
  10. After we have completed your order, we will ship it to you! The entire process (steps 1 thru 9) usually takes about 4 to 5 weeks. Orders typically ship 3 to 4 weeks after proof approval (and sometimes more!)


3. Do we offer a refund ? What are your cancellations policy?

After you have approved the final draft, no refund or cancellations allowed.Refund is only allowed when there is an error in the invitations caused by us. And no exceptions! Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours after your order.

4. Do we have samples or can we distribute samples?

There are no samples for our products. However, we have carefully photographed each and every products we have and they are available for you to view on line. And our customer service, who knows our product by heart is ready to answers any questions you may have on the products.

5. Can any changes be made to the invitations we have listed? Or can we make an invitation just for you?

Absolutely. Contact us and we will be ready to serve you.

6. How long does it take for you to make the invitations?

Because we take pride in what we do and each invitations are given the utmost attention, it require us at least 4-6 weeks after final approval for the invitations to be ready to be shipped to you. We will send an email to let you know when your invitations are sent out.

7. How do I place my order?

Our website is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week to take your orders. Our website is designed in a user friendly format that will allow you to place your order easily. But for any reason you have questions and wish to speak to a customer service, you can contact orders@uniqeuandpersonal.com directly.

8. What can I put on my invitations?

Your wish is our command! Anything that you wish, afterall, this is your wedding! Typically, your invitations will include your wedding details, your picture and a wedding quote of your choice. However, you are most welcome to put whatever you desire on the invitations. Just be sure to put the wordings for your choice on our form. 9. Can I change the color of my text? or can I choose font for my wordings?

Absolutely,with no additional feel! Unless specified, the wording will be printed in the color and font shown on the picture posted on this website. Once we have receive your order, we will email you a form for you to fill out. In that form, you can specify the color and font that you want.

10. Can I add pictures to my invitations?

Absolutely. One picture per invitation, as long as it is not in the front cover of the invitation is free of charge. Once we have confirmed your order, you can email the picture you wish to put on your invitation.

11. What are included with my invitations order and favor order ?

All invitations come with fully enssembled, an envelope, a matching R.S.V.P card and a map unless otherwise specified. All favors come with a personalized tag or label.

12. Is there a minimum order ?

As we have explained earlier, all of our invitations have a minimun order of 100 unless otherwise specified. The prices we have listed on this website are for 100 minimum order. However, our favors do not have a minimum order.
